The project consisted of five, 5 story student housing buildings, 1 parking structure, 1 kitchen/dining hall, 1 laundry/community center and 1 staff building. Each student housing building a had solar hot water system. Each unit had 2 beds, kitchen, tub/shower and living room. The campus was still active and PPM was able to work around that during construction, the nearest building to the project was 120 yards away.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical performed the plumbing, and each of the five student housing buildings include a solar hot water system, assisting in the project being awarded LEED Gold Certification.
